These terms govern use of the website, its written material, and any search tool available through it. Accessing a page or submitting a search means that you accept these conditions. Do not continue to use the site if you do not agree.

NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website is not affiliated with a local, Texas, or federal agency. It and its advertising partners do not provide services for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or any other Fair Credit Reporting Act purpose. The material routes visitors to Concho County and Texas criminal-record resources. This is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.

1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site with no government ownership or control. It does not store official criminal records, issue an official check, retrieve a file on demand, or submit documents for a visitor.

Its content identifies the Concho County Sheriff's Office, the courts that hear local cases, the Texas Department of Public Safety Crime Records Division, and the Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Access to agency records is shaped by the Texas Public Information Act, Government Code Chapter 552, while public dissemination of DPS criminal-history information is governed in part by Government Code Chapter 411. Some pages also connect to outside search tools.

2. Rules for Using This Site

By using the site, you agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of federal, Texas, or local law

  • Use site content for hiring, housing, credit, or insurance decisions
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or other systems

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination

Information obtained here or through a linked service must not be used to threaten, stalk, harass, intimidate, or unlawfully discriminate. Texas Public Sex Offender Registry information requires special care. It exists to support lawful safety awareness, not vigilantism or mistreatment of a listed person. Misconduct involving registry data may violate Texas criminal or civil law.

4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not prepare consumer reports, credit reports, or official checks. Our advertising partners are not presented as providers for regulated screening. Data from this site or a linked tool must not be used to:

  • Make an employment decision
  • Evaluate an applicant for housing
  • Set credit or insurance terms
  • Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or government benefit where consumer-report law applies
  • Carry out any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

A regulated purpose requires an authorized, FCRA-compliant provider and all legally required notices, permissions, and procedures. This site is not such a provider.
